Rates
Rates for double occupancy
range from $79 to $160 and are subject to a 6% Michigan sales
tax.
There is an additional charge of $15 per person for
more than two guests per room.
All rates include breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.
Policies
Two nights minimum stay
required on holidays and weekends in season. A deposit of 50% will secure
your reservation (cash or personal check,
Visa and MasterCard).
Cancellations due 7 days in advance; less that 7 day notice or a failure to arrive for your reservation will forfeit deposit and may incur accitional charges for unrented nights. 7 days or more ensures a 100% deposit refund.
If all the inn's rooms are reserved by one group, a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and the balance is due one month before reservation date. A 30 day
cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund, less a $15.00 processing
fee.
Check-In 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
Please notify Cairn House if
your plans include an earlier or later arrival.
Cairn House is available
for small weddings, business meetings, private parties, receptions, reunions or retreats
for a maximum of twenty people. Call for details and
availability.
